After 4 hours of “research” and digging deep into network service documentation, I found a lead on my “HTTP connections drop for no reason”-problem.
My iPhone is sending superfluous dhcp lease renewal packets, causing my router (It’s a speedport!) to drop any active connection. for no reason.
i can’t remember running into anything like this ever, but just in case you own a similar peace of junk, i recommend you do the same as i will do on monday: get a decent router.
